I did get your voice message yesterday while I was on travel. I must say, I could not asked
for better service than what I got from working with you and your staff. This was probably the
most painless loan application process I have ever been through. And as far as coordination
and execution of all the administrative and logistical aspects of the loan relative to my house closing,
Mary did a superb job. Everyone involved in the process, including my realtor, my wife, my insurance agent,
and others, without exception commented on how competently and courteously Mary executed her responsibilities.

The next time I am in need of a loan I will not shop around ... I will come back to you guys.

While I know I caused some additional work with the first two false starts, your company
stayed with us and everything worked out fine in the end. And Marcy, you tolerated my
frequent phone calls and emails quite well as I annoyingly checked on each step of the process.

Ironically, when our first real estate broker asked who I was using for a mortgage and I told
him it was a company I found through the internet, he sort of rolled his eyes and made some
comment about "those internet companies". Well, two properties later, his services were no
longer required and your company was still actively involved in the transaction.
Your company was nothing less than professional throughout the transaction and
I would not hesitate for a second about doing business with you again.
